Corner Guard Blanks for Jeeps - BWOR

Barbed Wire Off Road is expanding our product line to include corner guard blanks for jeeps. The price is $250.00 including shipping. (Continental USA only)!!!

For any style jeep!

Full side coverage, sold as pairs, fit TJ/YJ/CJ or others if you can provide simple measurements.

Made from 3/16 solid steel, sold unfinished and unpainted and without cutouts which purchaser will have to do or have done. We are looking into doing ones with wheel/light cut outs for an additional charge so let us know if you are interested and we'll send you a quote.

Images below show blank as sold (on ground) and an example of a completed one (with wheel cutouts), on the white CJ7 before and after when it's been custom painted red and having added our custom built fender flares and rock panels, and powder coating these and our custom roll cage.

Also shown is a yellow TJ with our corner guards that we cut out to the customer's specifications before being blasted and powder coated.

Last is the "Jeep-O-Zene", another customer's special project which is a SUPER stretched CJ5 (that's a whole other story...let me know if you want to hear about it) Shown here before,when it was normal sized and after, when it's been stretched and added it's extra long corner guards.

Besides corner guards, if you see anything else here that you'd like quoted,let us know. We have CJ's, YJ's and TJ's here to use as jigs so if you have other products you want custom made for your jeep or any other style rig BECAUSE WE LOVE OUR JEEPS BUT WE ARE NOT LIMITED BY THAT PASSION IN ORDER TO MAKE A DOLLAR (we have a '78 4x4 Ford quadravan, a '79 1 ton crew cab chevy 4x4, a '73 J10 jeep truck, a '81 1/2 ton step side 4x4 chevy, and a '53 Willy's truck) so please.....let us know if we can custom make something for YOUR STYLE RIG.

We are a full production machine and fabrication shop so let us know if you have other ideas you'd like to see manufactured at a more competitive price. We've been making affordable dimple dies for the past few months and we'll do our best to do the same for any other product we offer here on Pirate4x4.

Your quote is $250,shipped to you in Wyoming. We don't include the hardware with the corner guards (we get ours from Fastenal). You could use 5/16" or 1/4" stainless steel countersunk allen-head or button-head bolts if you don't want them countersunk. But we do include tailgate spacers made from 3/16" plating for tj's and yj's that will go behind your tailgate hinge to make it flush with your corner guard. Thanks for the question. Not sure what the radius is for Jeeps, but I know that it isn't the same as my FJ40. Do you have the ability to roll these to a 6" radius? If you can make these work for the FJ40 you may get some interest in the Landcruiser forum.

Can I get some info on the Armor on the red CJ? I have a YJ that I need some stuff for. How big are the flares? Could you make the same setup for a YJ and how much?
