Easy 2-step process:

1. Call AAA on cell phone.
2. Wait for tow truck dude to come and change tire

Wait a second - I think Roger make a Joke!

But I have to agree! You shouldn't be on the road if you don't know how to change a tire! Period end of story!

Heres my 2 step process:
1. pull car over and park.
2. get of of vehicle and jump infront of next moving vehicle!

Problem solved, now you don't have to worry about the flat tire because you have removed yourself from this world, thus evolution continues!

i rate forums into about 3 groups, pirate is at the top level, 4x4wire is mid-level, and yotatech is the beginner's forum

i mean, anybody who says a sas severely reduces your handling and costs $6000 on average is nuts...or from yotatech

I've actually put some thought into that....there is money there....lots and lots of money.

Rumor has it a guy paid $2500 to have his truck recovered from a local place here. Anyone with lockers and a winch could have done the job for $100. (Heck, if the guy any friends he'd have gotten it out for free)

But seriously, the triple-A of off road could work at the popular places...my project for Product Design III this semester is to make an idiot-proof off road rec. vehicle...we'll see how that does......

Or have they revised the educational system too?

alot of schools up here, except for here in Langley (we're a very car oriented town...hotrods lowriders 4x4's and anything else) seem to be dropping there mechanics programs. I guess alot of kids these days have no interest in working on them themselves or the parents think it'll hinder there childs university goals.

ya I just got back from orientation for 5th grade for my kid. They have them learning web page design, video editing excel spreadsheets and crap like that looks like the eduation system wants our kids to become office drones... WTF is up with that? I asked what about a course in CPR or something like that. I was told good idea by the teacher. Then this other parent buts in and is like how about teaching them about web secuirty and he rambled on and on... I was rolling my eyes..
Maybe I am not with the times I guess.
