Again VERY sweet little rig, she is going to be the luckiest seven year old girl, just think of the number of boys she will now attract. lol. My fiance wants something like this to drive for the next several years until I build another buggy for myself (she is only 5'5" and 115 lbs), then she wants the rig in my sig. Gotta love it when the girls like to play in the rocks, no matter how old they are.

What??? I was telling that exact story after the first obstacle!!!
![]() Back on topic...... Im thinking you are gonna have to upgrade Power steering pumps,I had a civic one apart today for a reseal and I had forgot how tiny they are ,the rotor is close to less than half the size of a gm type pump. But on the upside if you dont wanna run the pump I am ,you can build a bracket to make a regular rotation ham can gm pump face the engine, swap the crank pulley for a 88-91 with a v-belt groove in it.

Here is what it looks like.....(but Im running a stock one from the auto parts store!!!) http://www.pscmotorsports.com/produc...roducts_id=549

nice build i am working on one similar but going to run one shaft to a divorced t-case, could you give more info on the size shocks and springs( rate, i.d. and length) you used. I tried searching on what was stated earlier but couldn't find anything. Was the spring mount at the eye made, or was it bought?

DAMN you get the DAD OF THE YEAR award for thinking of your kids and keeping them involved in your hobbies. That thing is way cool, but someone already asked and I was wondering what the cost is coming in at, ballpark it if you dont want to air your laundry. Is she helping you work on it or is it a suprise??

i am proud of how fast you think i can work, but this started only a month ago... it will be ready for christmas... and yes there will be action pics... last couple of days have been productive, stressful and SLOOOW as fuck... those that get to this point of the build know what i mean... all the little details, tabs for this, brackets for that... the infamous "where the fuck am i going to put that"... this is what has gone on for the last couple of days... i got a skin built, that needs the match so they can go to the paint shop to get flames on them ... i ordered jr. dragster seatbelts that i could only get rollbar mount for, that didnt want to cooperate... they worked fine w/ the seat all the way back, but they were too tight when adjusted forward so she can drive... so i remedied this w/ some solid bar that will give me more adjustment in the harness... i had to put two grab handles for the passenger, one that is comfy for adults, the other for a child... and the headlights which are HUGE comparatively to the rest of the buggy and i love em... i am off to work on the dash that there is no room for so wish me luck... i have to be finished w/ fabrication by friday so it can be sandblasted and powdercoated on the following monday.... and i am taking donations for a less shitty camera ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]()

the blue buggy is a friend of mine's... is old, kinda cool, but obsolete... he doesnt even knw who makes it...
this is a shot of the dash... i will drill the switch locations when i get the wiring back... i am glad that is over, i was dred timing the shit out of the dash... not near as complicated as i thought it was going to be, but isnt that the way all of these things go??? i am going home now... is a novel idea to get home and acctually see what color my house is???
