The guy who did the work on that lowrider is very good. I saw it in person a few years ago. Although I am not into lowriders, I could tell it was a Hardbody with a Frontier front clip. It took me about 10 minutes to finally figure that out. Sorry for the post jack.

Shit, do you know how much he could probably get for it vs. how much he has in it????

Something he hasn't considered is how, now that she has a buggy and will eventually know and love wheeling, when she outgrows this buggy he is going to have to build her a bigger one. And then when she ougrows that one, he'll have to build an even bigger one. I fully expect that, by the age of 18 she is going to be rolling in a big block single seater with rockwells and 47's. (I say single seater because I don't think he is going to ever let a boy get close enough to her to need another seat.)

And when he thinks about the bill for the next buggy vs. what he could get for this one, this one is going to be sold like a $40 hooker with great fake tits!

That's just my prediction.

i built that hardbody too... minitrucks were my last passion, i burned out... thats a new thread, but i made a deal w/ myself that i wouldnt my a living out of my hobbies anymore...
what i did take away from the whole show scene was attention to detail, even that stuff you cant see... this is one of the things that i have enjoyed about this build, just figuring out all the little details that most would not waste time on... i am ready to put this bitch together...

anyways here is the update... dash and hood finished... all torn down...

so i am having these made out of stainless steel, after they get cut they will put them in a tumbler, this will keep them "soft" on the edges... they are going to be cut out of tubing on a 3D laser so they will match the radius of the cage...
